Fred Herrman - “Helping You Reach Your Financial and Real Estate Investment Goals”  

Fred Herrman grew up in Studio City, California and attended the University of Southern California, with a major in Psychology, and a focus on film and music.  He worked in production at Walt Disney Feature Animation for nearly a decade and a half, as well as for DreamWorks Animation, and live-action film and television for several more years before moving into the world of real estate in Manhattan Beach, CA in 2006. He then joined Bill Toth’s team at First Class Real Estate in Burbank in 2010. 

Fred enjoys helping people prepare to list their homes for sale.  Fred Herrman is an experienced residential real estate sales agent who has sold and leased many properties in Burbank, the San Fernando Valley, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, and in northwest Bakersfield.  He has experience renovating and re-selling properties as part of his personal investing portfolio, and having listed, marketed, and completed over one-hundred and fifty lease contracts between owners and renters, he is able to give the seasoned investor insight into the current market.  Additionally, Fred is happy to work with the first time investor to help them understand the steps to take in acquiring investment income .  

Fred excels in producing accurate pricing comps and provides a real picture of the real estate landscape to his sellers and buyers.  And he is also able to assist those transitioning from larger cities in the Los Angeles area into Bakersfield and surrounding locales, giving his clients personal insights into the comparisons and contrasts of life in these areas.  Fred Herrman's depth of experience has given him the breadth of knowledge and insight to help others locate solid investment properties in order to help them reach their financial and investment goals.
